| How Pianomation Works A QRS. system can be built to suit your requirements. QRS. make a wide variety of control units of different sizes to compliment the looks of your instrument. If you wish not to have a control box on the piano QRS. have a system, which will play the piano via a radio transmitter using your HI-FI, computer, VCR or DVD player
The basis of Pianomation is midi. Using midi your piano can be setup to record onto a computer, floppy disk or CD ROM via a record strip, you can then listen to your composition live on the acoustic piano. The sound card enables your piano to become an advanced synthesizer and will play the standard 128 midi sounds through speakers, this means your piano will become the ultimate composing tool.
The control units are simply laid out for ease of use. The control units have remote controls, which enable you to easily program the tracks you wish to play with the volume control QRS. Pianomation is perfect for creating the perfect ambiance, which makes Pianomation an ideal attraction for hotels, theater, restaurants and other establishments.
If you wish you can control the tempo, transpose and the key which makes Pianomation an ideal accompanying tool, perfect for soloists, dancers and other recreational activities, there is even a transposing karaoke facility.
QRS. Pianomation does not only play the piano. With Pianomation your piano can play an entire ensemble as Pianomation will also play the audio track via speakers (which are mounted into the piano), this means you can have live performances of your favorite music in your living room at the push of a button. A DVD format is also available enabling you to see the performance on your television and hear it live on your piano.
QRS. have been making player piano rolls since 1900 and have invested time to have these original recordings put onto midi CD and floppy disks for Pianomation this means that you can have a live performance by many great pianists in you living room.
QRS. Pianomation is a reproducing system this means the way the keys are depressed is reproduce in every detail. This makes Pianomation ideal for musicologists and anyone studying music, why listen to a recording on CD when you can listen to the actual performance live?
